Joel fires his last round from each of the RL's (one on the right was previously destroyed). He needs a 3 to pop a shot near enough to John B's pedestrian to give him blast damage. The left RL hits on a 6 4 for 3 points of burst effect. John B's Battle Vest will take it on a 1-4: 4. The Battle Vest is destroyed and John's Body Armor takes the other 2 hits.
The right RL hits on a 6 6 for 3 points as well. The Body Armor is destroyed and the pedestrian is knocked unconscious.
