Joel fires his last round from each of the RL's (one on the right was previously destroyed). He needs a 3 to pop a shot near enough to John B's pedestrian to give him blast damage. The left RL hits on a 6 4 for 3 points of burst effect. John B's Battle Vest will take it on a 1-4: 4. The Battle Vest is destroyed and John's Body Armor takes the other 2 hits.
The right RL hits on a 6 6 for 3 points as well. The Body Armor is destroyed and the pedestrian is knocked unconscious.

Brent attempts a T-Stop, turning clockwise - he doesn't make a full inch of movement, so he doesn't slow or take tire damage. The T-Stop is a D4 - he needs a 2 to keep control - 6, safe.
He will collide with Joel in a "head on" with his left side, but first, though, he hits the obstacle from Joel's metal armor last phase. Tire damage: 3(0) 6(3) 2(0) 3(0) - so 3 to front right tire. D3 hazard - he needs a 4 to keep control: 3. CT2: 2 4 = 6, 30 deg fishtail (odd CW: 1) clockwise & -6 to hit.
Head on with Joel - net speed 40. 3D damage 1 2 4. Both vehicles are 2/3 DM so 5 to each. Brent loses armor on his left side. Joel's metal stops it all but is reduced in the process. Another obstacle is placed.
Brent's new speed is 15 and Joel's is zero. Brent takes a D2 haz - need 4: 6, safe. Joel takes a D1 haz - safe.
Brent completes the inch of T-Stop, hitting the new obstacle. Tire damage: 2(0) 3(0) 4(1) 6(3) - D3 hazard, need 4: 3, CT2 4 2, ignored. He conforms and comes to a stop against Joel and takes 1 point to each tire from the T-Stop.
